Stylist and I use that term loosely,was incapable of cutting basic layers into a basic bob shape . My layers were all uneven and I had to go to another salon to have this corrected . A total waste of money and it's not cheap . My advice - take your locks and money elsewhere . Not worth the risk

I paid £660 for hair extensions from this salon and was originally happy with the result. However, I wanted some weight cut from the bottom of the hair which the salon obliged with, however the extenstions were cut with scissors and not a razor which resulted in a very blunt choppy look which was uneven on either side with some of the extensions being cut shorter than my natural hair. Then 3 of my extensions fell out. I went back to the salon and was shocked at the reaction. I was ganged up on by the owner and a staff member and was told that extensions fall out, it happens! (at no point in the consultation are you told that your £660 hairdo will fall out) I was then told that it was also my fault that I was unhappy with the cut as I should have addressed it at the time however the hair was cut and curled so I didnt notice until I straightened it myself. I was told that they would try and put the 3 extensions back in but as for the ones that had been cut short, it was too bad as all the hair I had paid for had been used. I left the shop in tears at the way I was spoken to and didnt even receive an apology that I was unhappy. I have never been so upset with a service, you would expect that after spending £800 in total you would receive a decent level of customer service. I will never be back and would not recommend this salon. I have since been to another salon who questioned that the amount of hair I paid for was actually put in my hair as some salons will split each extension. I cant confirm that this was the case however.

I had a great stylist who cut and got my hair really nice,however, when I got her again I felt not only was she different, not so friendly and my hair and finish was not in the same class. There seemed to be tension and vibes I couldn't understand (from a couple of the staff) I was soo hurt as I couldn't work out the reason why, I won't ever be back and am still baffled . I'm thinking mistaken identity as I can't think of anything else. I got the message from them whatever the reason
