Browhaus Covent Garden

I went to browhaus to get the 3 week lash in bloom eyelash extensions, which i purchased at 60% off. The staff were friendly and the treatment room had comfy beds next to eachother where around 6 people can get their treatments done at the same time. Everything so far so good.I asked the therapist for a natural look where it would be as if i had mascara on as my normal lashes are fairly short and thin. After arund 30 mins i opened my eyes to see i had full on doll lashes that were all the same length and did not look natural one bit. The therapist said i would get used to them and they would drop and losen up a bit overnight. The cashier then tried to give me the sell on buying as further package and booking in for a refills in 3 weeks time. Obviously didnt buy it.Three days on I have just spent the past couple of hours soaking and steaming my lashes with oil to remove them. Although a lovely place i would not recommend the lash in bloom if you want an everyday natural lash look, but would happily go back and try something else.
