Katja gave me a fantastic bob cut! She took the time to understand my lifestyle and routine, ensuring the cut would be a great fit for me. I really appreciated her patience as I explained what I wanted. Even though I went in for a big change, Katja’s clear explanations of her process made me feel confident and comfortable throughout.

While the salon itself is very nice and so is the staff she didn’t understand what I wanted when I said curtain fringe face framing (not on my forehead but to the sides) and fully gave me front fringe. Now I have to wait months for it to grow out. The fringe didn’t blend into the rest of my hair which I then asked her to do resulting in more cutting of front pieces which didn’t blend into the rest of my hair after she tried to fix it. I don’t even know how to style this botched haircut. So upset.

I am delighted with the care and haircut that Katja provided to me! I have thin hair, and she took time to observe my hair, learn what I wanted, and let me know what would work well. I am very pleased with the result! This was one of the best haircuts I've ever had, and next time I am in London, I will go there!
