I recently had Laser hair removal treatment with Violeta Bariean, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Violeta made me feel completely at ease. She was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the procedure, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. The treatment itself was comfortable and surprisingly pain free. Violeta’s attention to detail and gentle approach made a huge difference, I felt in very safe hands throughout. After just one session, I noticed a visible improvement, and I’m really looking forward to seeing the continued results. I highly recommend Violeta to anyone considering laser or other beauty treatments she combines expertise with genuine care, and the clinic itself is clean, calm and welcoming, Five stars all the way!

Excellent service and experience !! Went in for fractured elbow and physio recovery worked like magic. Noah , who treated me went above and beyond to help and explain the recovery process. I was given a full explanation of the process and how it will affect the healing which made me feel very confident and relaxed . Also my elbow was treated with great care and I saw results incredibly fast. Couldn’t recommend Noah and Bodytonic enough !!

I can safely say this was the best sports massage I had in London! I booked with Jannette & she was exceptional: started easy then went over pressure point that I felt hit by a truck - the nice way! I had hips pain so this was spots on; will def. Book again.

My go to place for waxing. As unpleasant as that process can be. This place doesn’t feel like that. I only used it once for a massage. While physically it was good. Hearing all the noise from other rooms wasn’t the relaxing experience I wanted. But of if I had an injury. I would go here.

I booked a 60-minute sports massage, but it only lasted 50 minutes, which was quite disappointing. The massage itself was mediocre—I've had much better experiences at other spas and clinics for the same price. Ambience: The setting was far from peaceful. If your room is near reception, you can hear almost every conversation happening in the clinic, making it hard to relax and unwind. Edit: Although my first massage here didn’t go as expected, the team made sure to rebook me, and this time I chose the Stratford location. My masseuse, Natalie, was exceptional. The massage room at Stratford is downstairs, making it quiet and relaxing. It was definitely one of the nicest sports massages I’ve had.
