This is going to be a long review, but I want to be completely transparent. I experienced a hair 'disaster' at their Chiswick branch, caused by a supposed 'senior' stylist. I do appreciate the salon's effort in sending me to their Ealing branch for a free color correction. However, this involved bleaching, which has left my hair damaged and unable to hold brown color at all. I returned to the salon and booked an appointment with the same stylist who had been correcting my hair at the Ealing branch, hoping she would consider my previous experience and take the necessary steps for a lasting result this time. Unfortunately, the color faded again within a few washes, and I paid £90 for the colouring. I believe a pre-pigment treatment or some other steps should have been offered to ensure the color's longevity. I never wanted my hair bleached, and since the initial mistake at the Chiswick branch, I've been left with damaged hair that can no longer be restored to my natural brown. I wish the stylist had offered more advice or put in more effort. That was the main reason I trusted the salon and returned. Now, less than two weeks after the treatment, I'm left with faded, yellow hair again.

I normally get my hair done with Milan which is always five star this time I wanted to try a manicure. Although Sara did an amazing job I felt like she had to work around the shortcomings of the space as there was no light for her to work and the lamp for the gel also was not working properly, which meant I had to come in twice to correct my nails. She had to even bring her own lamp from home such a shame!

This was my first visit, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Sue did an amazing job with my haircut and blow-dry. She was attentive throughout the entire session, really taking the time to understand my needs. I have fine hair that requires a bit of extra care, and she was so patient and gentle with it. I’m quite particular about how I like my hair, and Sue truly listened to everything I asked for. I absolutely love how it turned out! I’ll definitely be booking with her again. A special mention to the lovely lady who washed my hair—she was incredibly gentle and made the whole experience even more relaxing.
