Had a facial and two other beauty treatments with Donna (or Mahi), who was excellent. She was juggling front desk whilst also managing my treatment, but managed to do this efficiently, calmly and professionally. Donna was clearly very experienced with a natural gift for beautification. Gave excellent advice for skincare and tailored what I had booked to what I actually needed. Great eye lash tint too— thoroughly done— I had lots of compliments. The owners or manager needs to get front of house staff so that the practitioner/s can focus solely on their work rather than juggle both. I don’t know how Donna/ Mahi managed to do this so well frankly and I would not allow this (not as a manager or practitioner). This is the only criticism I have of the place, but gave 5 stars due to Donna’s quality of work and professional approach. The owners of this place are very fortunate to have her! Highly recommend Aurora and do ask specifically for Donna, as she really is excellent. I plan to return in the future.

Totally unreliable service. They have rescheduled my past 3 appointments completely last minute and twice without even notifying me or checking in advance. I will not return
