Over priced bad quality lashes when I looked closely they had just been clumped on with big blobs of glue that after a few days becamvery irritating to which I pulled the lashes off! Time told on the phone it would take was halved on the actual day a complete waste of money will not be returning!!!
On a Wowcher / Groupon deal, BEWARE THE 'UPGRADE' YOU WILL NOT BE TOLD YOU'VE HAD!!! I was asked what sort of look I wanted before the lashes were applied, knowing I had a Wowcher voucher. I said natural, not too long, so she said "just a fuller, thicker look, then?" I said yes. An hour later, I went to the till with my voucher, and was told that with the voucher it would be £36 with the "upgrade"!!! I asked what upgrade and was told that for the look I'd asked for, it was extra! I queried why I was not made aware of this and the owner of the business, Sarah, said that because I hadn't known at the time, they'd only charge me £25 instead of £36. Er, thanks!!! I won't be going again!!!
