Abysmal interaction with me as a potential customer. Asked a genuine question of the stylist about whether the salon would use a suitable shampoo for someone whose hair had been permanently blow dried (which mine has, and so I have to avoid using certain products that eat the keratin coating). Her response was to tell me to shut up (very The Only Way is Essex)! Said I would NOT be using the business because I did not wish to be spoken to like that by her or anyone. But if you don't mind being insulted then Aubergine could well be your sort of place... (o:
