Hello everyone, I really need to get this off my chest after the horrible experience ive had in store today. Sophie, the manager, was behind the till and the way i heard her speak to her staff honestly made me sick to my stomach. I really hope this gets addressed by the higher ups. The fact that she was comfortable enough to speak that foul language infront of customers goes to show that this isnt a rare occurrence. SORT IT OUT!!!!!!

My experience was great thanks to Sophie who was so lovely. She has such an amazing personality and is so kind and went above and beyond when all I asked about was a different size. Absolutely beautiful person! Thank you!
