Wish I could give a 0 star. Awful service. Went to colour my hair and get a blow dry. Left with my hair DARKER than what I went in with, despite wanting to go lighter. Asked for a blow dry but was constantly told by the stylist that she did not want to do a blow dry and wanted to use straighteners. Really awful I would NEVER recommend and will not be returning ever.

Very bad experience, please please guys dont prefere to go for hair colour, they are unprofessional...they even now the sense between colour and bleach, i went for colour because of unaware of colours she couldnt did properly and said this is your natural colour tone, she is very rude as well, she dont even cutting of hairs. Worthless money, NOT RECOMMENDED, DONT GO PLEASE. She has lack of knowledge she ruin my hair She called this is the balayage, could any say this is balayage.

I've visited this salon a few times before and I used to always come out very happy with the results of my treatments (nails, hair, eyebrow shape). Until recently! I've booked an ombre + haircut with Emma who was really lovely and we kept chatting throughout the whole treatment. Sadly Emma lacks basic hairdressing skills and completely ruined my hair... instead of nice ombre I received very badly done highlights of the wrong yellow shade of blond, with thick stripes and very distinct transition lines. The cut wasn't good either, no layering or thinning out the ends - just very basic scissors cut that was not very even. When I rang the salon to complain the salon offered free correction but I completely lost faith in this salon and decided to re-do my hair somewhere else.. better pay twice then risk messing my hair up even more. Don't think I will be coming back to this salon any time soon.. the whole experience has really put me off.
