Alive & Well-Being Massage Therapy

As a massage therapist myself, I tend to be rather picky when it comes to receiving a massage. After moving to Boulder, I felt so fortunate to have found Angela. She not only is a great massage therapist, she is wonderful at listening to her clients and creating a massage tailored specifically to your issues or concerns. Additionally, she made me feel extremely safe during the pandemic which allowed me to relax and enjoy the massage.

From initial introduction right through to the end of my first session with Angela, I was met with such grounded, lighthearted strength and clarity that every bit of contact with her felt as easy as powerful. I really appreciated how she explained what to expect and what was going to happen next at each step of the session, before, during and after. Her ample experience and comfortable way of communicating helped put my whole body at ease and receive the gift of her healing work, as well as remind me to go gently after our session while still processing in that tender, open state. A truly personal and treasured experience!
