I can not rate Trudy and her experienced Team highly enough. The range of available services are cutting edge. The attention to detail makes me feel highly valued and the results are superb. So lucky to have this established clinic so local too.

I went to this salon in order to get a botox to stop me frowning. I was given some injections and invited to visit the salon two weeks later for assessment and top-up. In between these two weeks I had no changes whatsoever. The frown was still there. After two weeks I received another set of injections.. Days past... Nothing. I was still fully using my muscles and frowning as I did before. The owner, Trudy, invited me for another set of injections after a week. She was all dramatic about how strong my muscles are and how she really needs a big dose for my musculature. Even after this, third set of botox injections my forehead was fully engaging in every single contraction. I have wasted £220 on this `placebo` botox. Do not spend your money at this salon. Trudy and her team are not achieving any results when it comes to botox even though they claim they have decades of experience. I am very disappointed and feel completely robbed. Terrible experience.
