I am a big champion of Miley Cyrus's outfit choices as I am a big fan of the rock star look, but even I can't defend this. I think crop tops should only show off a little bit of skin, but no whole stomach by pairing it with something high waisted. Okay she has great abs but we don't want to see quite that much. She also completely ruins it with the black shiney bomber jacket. No, No and a bit more No.
